The supplement aisle is loud. Every label promises something, most of them sound identical, and almost none of them tell you what is actually inside or who made it. Vitalis Review exists to slow that down. We read the ingredient panels, check who is behind the company, look at what the published research does and does not say, and write it up in plain English.
We are not doctors and we do not pretend to be. What we publish is consumer research, not medical advice. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. What we look at
- The ingredient panel. Full disclosure or a proprietary blend that hides the doses?
- The company. Is there a real address, a real support line, a real return policy?
- The evidence. What do the studies on those ingredients actually measure, and in whom?
- The price per serving. Not the headline price — the cost of actually staying on it.
- The refund terms. The single most useful number on any supplement sales page.
